CrossFit

CrossFit is a method of training that consists of functional exercises, executed at a high intensity. We focus on optimizing physical competence in each of 10 recognized fitness domains (Cardio-respiratory endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy.) The stimulus provided is always varied and the results are dramatic.


We offer CrossFit classes for individuals with any level of fitness. Classes range from Beginners to Advanced. Classes are kept small to ensure a low client:coach ratio and allow our qualified and experienced coaches to instruct closely. Regimen is individualized when appropriate. The format we offer allows much of the benefit of personal training without the expense.
