"Hope" has the same format as Fight Gone Bad. In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute. CF South Central Regional Recap http://www.thehumanlab.net/blog.php?id=43995

This was byfar the best experience we have ever experienced in CF. We had an opportunity to hang out with amazing people, and amazing athletes. We also got to see our new CrossFit Competitors accomplish great feats. We are extremely proud of our team. They did great and finished in a higher spot (22) than their CF Open Placement (26). All positvie things to take home. On the individual side Denisse Kneip did a great job and finished the weekend in 22nd place. Jason had to withdraw due to an injury he sustained his last week of training. All of our competitors finished the weekend knowing that there was nothing more they could do. That is priceless.

We also want to thank our Sponsors for making this possible. They supported Lab Nation and helped make our trip possible. Thank you for allwoing us to represent Lab Nation and El Paso.

  • Escalante Enterpises of El Paso
  • Dr. Jose Aun MD/OB-GYN

  • Rocky Mountain Mortgage
  • Coconuts Bar & Grill
  • Bikini Joe's
  • CF Jordan Contruction

THANK YOU GUYS AGAIN!!

And THANKS to Lab Nation for the love and support.

Spring LEANing http://www.thehumanlab.net/blog.php?id=43601 This is Rose Delgado. Her hard work is admirable. Both her and her husband, Papa T aka Tony Delgado, are great role models for us.

A Few Words for The Winner

I am always encouraged by all you young studs and studettes at the Lab. At 51 years of age I just wanted to prove to myself that I could eat cleaner and work out harder to see the results I wanted and to live a longer healthier life is the ultimate goal. Denisse & David, thank you for always encouraging and pushing me to the limits. You two are the BEST and I love you guys so much. :) Not to mention the community of family that we have at the Lab.....so encouraging, I love it. I have discovered that "discipline" is the key!!!

WE are PROUD of you Rose!!

Fish Oil and muscle soreness http://www.thehumanlab.net/blog.php?id=42998

Some of the wonders of omega-3 fatty acids include lean body composition, cardiovascular health, Alzheimer’s disease prevention, and decreases chronic inflammation.

A recent study showed that omega-3s decreased soreness and pain after intense eccentric upper body training. So an increase in recovery time from intense training.

Also fish oil can help increase your recovery from muscle trauma and injury. Just though y'all should know
